ASSURANCE & AUDIT INTEGRITY

Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance

International commodity trade cannot tolerate ambiguity. SourcID enforces strict quality control, independent pre-shipment surveyor inspection, and rigorous documentation across all export flows.

VERIFICATION FRAMEWORK

Six Institutional Compliance Pillars

Our end-to-end assurance protocols ensure shipments strictly match contractual parameters and pass import clearance without demurrage or rejection.

PILLAR 01

Technical Specification Alignment

Every trade contract includes unambiguous grading criteria, moisture ceilings, foreign matter limits, and defect thresholds negotiated prior to origin aggregation.

  • •Precise sizing and grading classifications (e.g. Nutmeg ABCD vs Sound, RCN Outturn 48+ lbs)
  • •Destination-aligned moisture ceilings to prevent post-harvest mold formation
  • •Physical defect allowances scored according to international commodity standards
PILLAR 02

Certificates of Analysis (COA)

Lot-specific laboratory assays testing chemical composition, moisture content, and microbiological safety conducted by accredited testing facilities.

  • •Aflatoxin (B1, B2, G1, G2 and Total) screening compliant with EU and US FDA thresholds
  • •Volatile oil and chemical constituent verification for botanicals and spices
  • •Free Fatty Acid (FFA) and peroxide value testing for agricultural derivatives
PILLAR 03

Independent Pre-Shipment Inspection

Physical goods are inspected prior to vessel stuffing by accredited third-party international surveying agencies.

  • •Mandatory inspection coordination with SGS, Sucofindo, or Bureau Veritas
  • •Randomized composite sampling following standardized international lot protocols
  • •Container seal verification and tamper-evident container loading supervision
PILLAR 04

Phytosanitary & Quarantine Compliance

Full statutory clearance through national quarantine agencies ensures cargo is free of regulated quarantine pests and agricultural diseases.

  • •Official Phytosanitary Certificates issued by national agricultural quarantine agencies
  • •Approved methyl bromide or phosphine fumigation treatments with verified dosimeter records
  • •Non-wood packing declarations and ISPM-15 compliant palletization where specified
PILLAR 05

Certificate of Origin (COO)

Complete trace documentation establishing exact origin provenance to enable favorable preferential tariff treatment under bilateral and multilateral trade pacts.

  • •Issuance of official Chambers of Commerce Certificates of Origin
  • •Preferential trade certificates: Form E (ASEAN-China), Form AK, and GSP origin declarations
  • •Traceable regency and cooperative origin documentation for premium grade lots
PILLAR 06

Packaging & Container Moisture Control

Standardized packaging engineering designed to preserve cargo integrity and mitigate condensation during transoceanic shipping.

  • •Food-grade woven polypropylene bags, heavy-duty jute bags, or multi-wall Kraft paper sacks
  • •Optional hermetic vacuum-seal inner liners (GrainPro / high-barrier polyethylene) for coffee & spices
  • •Suspended container desiccants (calcium chloride) engineered to absorb ambient sea-air moisture
THIRD-PARTY ACCREDITATION

Independent Pre-Shipment Surveying

To guarantee zero bias between origin producers and destination buyers, independent surveyors sample, test, and seal goods at the origin port prior to export clearance.

01 // COMPOSITE SAMPLING

Representative samples drawn randomly across a minimum of 10% to 20% of packed bags, adhering to ISO / GAFTA standards.

02 // LABORATORY ANALYSIS

Samples assayed for moisture, foreign matter, defective count, aflatoxins, and heavy metals by accredited laboratory personnel.

03 // SEALING & COA

Container doors sealed with numbered high-security bolt seals. Official Certificate of Inspection & Analysis released to both buyer and seller.

Statutory Quality Notice & Disclaimer

SourcID operates strictly according to commercial contracts. Specific microbiological, chemical, and grading parameters are verified per shipment lot by independent surveying bodies (e.g., SGS, Sucofindo, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent accredited laboratories). No shipment is authorized for export gate-in without formal pre-shipment inspection sign-off.
