Commercial Data Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: JANUARY 2026 // VERSION 2.1 // NON-CIRCUMVENTION PROTOCOLS

1. Commercial Sourcing & Procurement Intake Principles

SourcID collects corporate entity information, authorized representative coordinates, project specifications, and procurement requirements through our online intake portals and trade desks. This information is processed exclusively for legitimate commercial purposes:

  • Sourcing Evaluation: Assessing technical feasibility, manufacturing capacity, origin availability, and compliance with statutory or tender specifications.
  • Quotation & Cost Modeling: Preparing formal commercial proposals, Proforma Invoices, Incoterms pricing, and logistics estimates.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinating production scheduling, quality control inspections, port logistics, customs clearing, and delivery execution.
  • Commercial Communication: Direct follow-up by dedicated sourcing coordinators via verified enterprise email, phone, or corporate messaging regarding requirement clarification and milestone updates.

2. Protection of Technical Specifications & Procurement Documents

Technical drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documentation, and proprietary product formulations submitted through our procurement and inquiry forms are treated with institutional confidentiality:

  • All uploaded attachments are isolated in private, access-restricted storage vaults outside public web roots.
  • Access is restricted to authorized SourcID procurement specialists, trade desk officers, and compliance personnel using time-limited cryptographic authentication.
  • Documents and specifications are never indexed by public search engines, published, or repurposed for commercial leverage with competing counterparties.

3. Trade Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

Physical commodity sourcing and custom contract fulfillment rely upon trusted relationships and sensitive pricing. We strictly enforce non-circumvention and non-disclosure standards:

  • Buyer identities, targeted volumes, target pricing, and destination ports are never disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
  • Origin processing facilities, farm cooperatives, and certified suppliers are protected under bilateral non-circumvention protocols.
  • Shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Analysis (COA) are transmitted strictly between contracted parties, nominated inspection agencies, trade finance institutions, and customs authorities.

4. Data Security, Anti-Abuse & International Transmission

All form submissions are guarded with multi-layer defense mechanisms including cryptographic reference tracking, client rate-limiting, and automated abuse filtering. To protect our public intake systems from automated spam, scripts, and denial-of-service attempts, SourcID employs security services including Cloudflare Turnstile. These services evaluate connection telemetry solely for bot detection and security validation without collecting personally identifying advertising profiles.

Transactional records and customs clearances are archived for statutory compliance periods (minimum seven years) in secured, encrypted environments across SourcID's operating network (Indonesia, Singapore, China, East Africa, and North America).

5. Inquiries & Legal Governance

Counterparties may request confirmation of retained data, request amendments to corporate contact coordinates, or request bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) execution prior to detailed specification handover by contacting our legal compliance team at admin@sourcid.com.
